We currently ship across India (or globally – update based on your shipping policy). If you're outside our service area, feel free to contact us, and we'll try to help!

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and location. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order by entering your order ID on our Track Your Order page.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve it ASAP with a replacement or refund.

6. What is your return & refund policy?

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD for select products and locations. A small COD fee may apply.

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 6 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins, and we’re unable to modify them.
